Small correction:

As others have noted, the correct adddress for requests such as these
is "xtp-request@pei.com". The address "xtp-relay@pei.com" is the mailing
list exploder for ongoing technical discussions of XTP. Please do not
send administrative requests to "xtp-relay".

But of course, to be added to the "xtp-relay" mailing list, send your
request to "xtp-request@pei.com"...
