We are trying to run GDDMXI under IBM VM TCP/IP FAL 1.2.2.

Has anyone gotten it to work?  I cannot get the demos to run (ex, GXDEMO1).

The problem we have is the remote X server (a DECstation 3100 running
Ultrix 3.1D and the DEC X server), cannot find the default font that
the GDDMXI is trying to use, ROM20.500.

When I edit the X DEFAULTS file on the VM system, as instructed, and configure
it to use a font on my DECstation:

gddmx*Hwdfont: fixed

I get the same error about the ROM20.500 font!  I don't think it is reading
the X DEFAULTS file at all!

If you have it working, and are willing to help, please send me mail and
include a phone number so we could compare our system with yours to find
out what we have wrong on our end!
