I need to find out if it is possible to produce the NetHack executable with
TurboC instead of MSC.  I mean the overlay version.  I will be using the
Microsoft overlay linker and NDMake as suggested in the documentation, but I
don't have Microsoft C!

Also, what are all the options used in the command line for MSC?  These are
the /X combinations following the call.  I need to know the meaning of each
switch so I can use the appropriate switches with TurboC.
