We're twisting our users arms to stop using tip and slow phone calls
to get to other internet hosts.  But they're all non-techies who have
learned tip and are addicted to the stupid tip ~ commands (frustrating,
I know).  Has anyone hacked up tip to connect thru IP rather than
modem lines?  We're running an Ultrix 3.1 system here.
