Looking for a couple of things.  Does anybody have 

	a) a "nicedaemon" which renices processes when they exceed 
	   a certain limit (and maybe suspends them when the load
	   average is high)

	b) All of the Important Fixes to University Ingres (or at least
	   pointers to them)
