Did you also get rid of the times() function? CLK_TCK was left to 1003.1 by X3J11 for their exclusive use in converting times() results to/from seconds. The only thing that SHOULD have been changed is that 1003.1 should not say that ANSI C defines CLK_TCK, because it doesn't. CLK_TCK should be defined by a 1003.1 implementation, though.
