This topic has probably been beaten to death already, but I don't follow
this group regularly, so here goes:

I can't seem to find anything in the standard regarding a call to get
the size of a terminal window. Did I miss it, or is there no such call?
If there isn't, are there any plans for adding such a call, and, if so,
is there anybody out there who could make an educated guess as to what
that call might look like?
