According to the documentation in arppro13.zoo at a couple of ftp sites
(btw:  thanks to those who pointed them out for me) there should be an
arp.lib file suitable for linking with blink.  Unfortunately, this file
is conspicuously absent -- am I missing something here?  If anyone has
this file, *please* email it to me uuencoded.  I'm trying to recompile
stevie 3_7, but I've got to have arp.lib (and as you can guess, I've never
used the arp programming tools before).  Thanks!

Also:  stevie wants a file 'arpfunctions.h' which is not in the stevie
source or the ARP distribution... any info on this would also be greatly
appreciated.  Thanks again!
