Because someone committed a crime, and is convicted of it, they are sentenced to pay a fine or penalty, which is taken from honestly earned money. Censorship is not a proper analogy. These are people who broke the law, and the law was not one that banned publication or such. It was one that PROTECTED peoples' hard-work from theft.
