I also have been 'trying' to use Jr-Comm 1.0 for about a week now. I have a 2091 & that may be the problem. Could someone post the gist of the message on Jack's board. That is a long distance call from here. I have had no problems using 1.0 on local BBS's and in calling the Sun workstation at work using the VT100 emulation. BUT when I try to use 1.0 in conjunction with PCP_EZ to call via PC Pursuit 1.0 will completly freeze up. I have temporarily given up on it and am using Baud Bandit for PC pursuit calls. I also tried using PowerPacker 23b on JR-Comm 1.0 and it packed fine and would load and run ok when called from its own icon. But when called from within PCP_EZ it loaded and then dissapeared. This may not be a problem with 1.0 & Bill Fischer (author of PCP_EZ) is checking into it. He told me that he has been having problems with 1.0 as well. I sure hope some of this can get cleared up. I really like JR-Comm. It has the potential of being the greatest terminal program for the Amiga or any other computer with a little more work. I would like to echo another poster's comment that Kermit protocol and Arexx support are badly needed.
