The key guide said that the cursor arrow keys could be used for directions (but I can't use my Insert/Clear-Home to turn as in DungeonMaster), and P is the pause key. That was it. There was no "character disk" although maybe there should be (but it wasn't mentioned in the reviews I read). What is interesting is that the character you get is named Griffin, but the back of the box shows a lady named Valeria. As for using the first aid station, in the version I have, it's all single codes, for example 0 gives you a yellow hypo that helps thirst - it's pretty obvious once you learn how. Of course the trick with some of these games is to learn how, that's part of the fun. As for the manual, the weapons descriptions are useful in identifying what you have found. The equipment descriptions are likewise useful. Hope this helps. -- Bob Deskin Cognos Incorporated (613) 738-1338 ext 5003 P.O.
