Has anyone had any luck in porting Sun's XView toolkit to run under
X11R4 under Domain/OS (10.2)?  The documentation says that it is a
matter of ifdef'ing a few things, but it isn't at all obvious what
exactly one should do. 
  Also, our new release 4 server doesn't refresh properly - often, 
bits of the cursor get left behind.  Is this a bug in Xapollo?
(We have applied the first 12 official patches.)
