I posted an article about ftp'ing public domain
and shareware MS/PC-DOS programs from
wuarchive.wustl.edu.

Most programs are arc'ed or zip'ed.
I said that to find un-arc'ing and de-zip'ing
programs, one may refer to "mirrors/msdos/arc-lbr"
and "mirrors/msdos/zip".

It may not be quite correct :-)
