Has anyone found a fix for the sticking Seagate problem.  I have a 251-1
that sometimes will not spin up when the system is turned on.  Removing 
the drive and manually spinning usually makes it work for a while.  I
have read much about this problem but have not seen a solution.  Any ideas?
