I'm not pointing the finger at Symantec in particular, it's just that I'm impressed by Silicon Beaches support, I consider Think C to be comparable (in terms of price/power/etc.)---in fact I consider Think C to be a GREAT product---and I'm a touch disappointed that they don't appear to be covering every possibility to ensure that all their customers had the patches, or at least knew how to get them...
