Message-ID: <1990Jul13.180023.1159@cbnewse.att.com> Date: 13 Jul 90 18:00:23 GMT Followup-To: comp.misc Distribution: usa Organization: The Rabbit Corps Lines: 21 Hi. The story so far: I've got this Seagate 4096 80Mb HD, that's 5.25FH. I've got this computer (an Archimedes 410) that only takes 3.5HH drives*. Technical support suggested I put the HD in a metal casing, and hook it from there. I'm game, but what are the details? All I know (for certain, at any rate) is that I've seen the casings available via mail order. How does one do it? *ANY* information would be greatly appreciated! Roger rre@ihlpn.ATT.COM *unfortunately for me, I found out too late that I was talking to a someone who said "Any ST-506 drive will work." Dang it all...
