I am sure I read somewhere that generally SYS V.3 UNIX required at least 4 MB but I can't remember where. NCR locally tell me that the minimum requirement for memory is 2 MB for release 3 but that if we want to actually use it we need 4 MB. The point I want to clarify about this is what is the official minimum requirement for release 3 irregardless of what expansion must be done for actual user applications.
