I've just started accumulating console messages like these:

Jul 12 02:00:17 mathnx lookupd[65]: netinfo waking
Jul 12 14:00:09 mathnx lookupd[65]: netinfo sleeping: RPC: Timed out
Jul 12 14:00:13 mathnx lookupd[65]: netinfo waking

What do they mean??
