They do not have polarity. The tantulum cappacitors that Steve Ligget supplied are yellowish blobs. They have their polarity printed on them (you need a magnifying glass toread it). There are two voltage ratings too. The 25v ones go across the +-12v supply lines (on right edge & bottom ed edge of the board. The 16 ones go across the 5v lines. The silkscreening on the board does not show which capacitors are tantulum & which are not. Refer to the drawing for that info. Hope this: a)helps b)is correct.
