The patches for gas and binutils on augean.ua.oz.au are now relative to the
latest distributions on prep.ai.mit.edu. In their wisdom, the FSF have not
given the binutils distribution a version number so I have simply renamed
the old patches to "binutils-old.patch1.2.Z".

The names of the new files are:

  binutils.patch1.0.Z
  gas-1.36.patch1.0.Z


They are significantly smaller than the old patches so I must be having
some success in getting these changes merged into the GNU distribution.
Pity it doesn't all happen at once though!
