We have a Sequent Symetry 27 and would like to purchase an 8mm drive. I believe that Sequent supports Exabyte drives, but I would like to know anything about model numbers, suppliers, and drive performance. I assume that the model(s) supported are pertec compatible and use the standard device drivers. Do they perform well with a Symetry 27 (Transfer rate, reliability)? I don't have news access so please respond by email Thank You, Mike Sofka, mike@pubserv.com
