I am working on a style to meet our university's thesis requirements (therefor NO arguing about whether this is a good thing). Some of the figures ("facing figures") cause the figure legend to be on a odd page [the back of a page]. I would like to reset some things for this page (particularly the side margin) but I am having problems because I am using a [p] placement specifier to a float environment to generate the page. What I am looking for is something like \floatpagestyle and \thisfloatpagestyle. Any suggestions? g.
