I was experimenting with bitmapped cursors in X and noticed that while
the cursornames listed in the man pages had their defaults listed, some
cursors that I have seen (such as the updown arrow that is used for the
scroll bar and the large X for when the cursor is on the background) are
not listed.  These are the ones that are listed in the man pages:

       Cursors
                  {
                       Frame          "top_left_arrow"
                       Title          "top_left_arrow"
                       Icon      "top_left_arrow"
                       IconMgr   "top_left_arrow"
                       Move      "fleur"
                       Resize         "fleur"
                       Menu      "sb_left_arrow"

                  }

Would anyone be kind enough to post (or send me mail) any other
cursornames they may be know about.  It would be nice to be able to
customize all of them rather than only the 11 listed.  Thanks in advance.
