I have a question about using imake.  I don't have any documentation for
imake or I would not be making this posting.  When I try to run imake, I 
get the following error:

imake: Can't find include file Imake.tmpl

What is this file.  I assume that it is a configurations file tell imake
how my machine is structured.  Does anyone have a copy of this for ESIX.
If not probably a copy for ISC will work fine.  Thanks
