Is there any reason why in the config/Imake.rules file of the X11R4
distribution no provision is made for something like 
'SharedAndProfileLibraryObjectRule' ?

As it is now, one can specify the combination of Shared and Debugged 
libraries, but the combination of Shared and Profiled libraries doesn't
work without patching the resulting Makefile...
