Check in the contrib directories for release 4.  I contributed a bunch of
fonts (including, the one I'm told has become the new "fixed" font) to
release 4, and I think I included a "courier/cyrillic" in 8x16 and 8x14.
If not, contact me and I'm sure I can get something to you.
