We have a problem with a user starting the X11 server remotely on a host
on top of a local X11 session and screwing up the display so badly that 
rebooting is required.  (The host is a Sun4/370 running SunOS 4.0.3.)  This
strikes me as a generic problem with X11.  What's the best solution?
