I'd like to make twm behave like hpwm and DECwindows wm in that I one
would click in a window to give that window the input focus.  The man
page for twm says it supports both click-to-type and pointer-driven
keyboard focus.  I can't find any way to make it work.  I've tried
various combinations of NoHighlight, NoTitleFocus, and other parameters
in the rc file.
