Motif just gives you a consistent style - you still have to do the work
yourself.  For example, there's room for a help button on a menu bar,
but you have to provide your own callback for it to implement whatever
help strategy you need.  Likewise for the various dialog boxes; they give
you the help button in the same place every time, but you have to do
something with it.
