    "New Training System Aids the Hearing Impaired
     ---------------------------------------------

     Learn-PC, a producer of video-based software and hardware training
systems, released closed-caption computer training videos that let the
hearing impaired learn programs such as WordPerfect, Lotus 1-2-3, and dBASE.

     Conventional computer training is difficult for the hearing imparied
because they have to gather information visually while concentrating on the
interpreter, the keyboard and the monitor.  With Learn-PC's videos they can
concentrate on a single task at a time, said officials at the Minneapolis
company.
