Yes, I noticed the same thing with my "clients" when I was employed for five years before my accident, at the Australian Quadriplegic Association. Unknown to most people, it is not the speech apparatus, nor the mouth-stick which upsets communication between people. It is due to the PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH of the person.
