The Braille Blazer is made by Blazie Engineering and costs $ 1695.00.
It includes a speech synthesizer and has serial and parallel ports so
you can print and use the speech synthesizer for your computer at the
same time.

From earlier comments, it appears that most people are happy with it.
Drawbacks are that it is slow and that it will take paper only up to
8.5 by 11 inches.
