I am burned out...tired of being dealt "bad you'll never get anywhere against them without an attorney. it's a sad fact but true. if you don't know anyone who can recommend one, check with all of your clinical contacts. somebody may be able to steer you to an attorney who specializes in your kind of case. get all the fees and percentages up front so there are no surprises later. you should be able to get an attorney to take on your case on a contingency basis [no win, no pay] and most of them will give you the first session [where they decide if they can win or not] for free.
