Just about every morning when I look in the nntp log summary file,
I see a few of the following line:

Jul 12 16:36:06 localhost nntpd[18361]: /usr/um/news/lib/newsbin/inject/inews: /
usr/um/news/lib/newsbin/inject/inews: //dead.article: cannot create

Under what circumstances would the Inews program on the news server
want to create such a file?  This didn't seem to happen when I first
started running the server, but it's been happening with some regularity
lately.  Thanks for any assistance you might be able to offer...
