I tried to compile NNTP 1.5.9 with GNU cc 1.37.1 on ISC 386/ix 2.0.2.
But it doesn't work: Interactively called, there are no problems,
but called with `telnet' the process hangs and no NNTP welcome
message is displayed. After exiting telnet with C-] the nntpd
remains as an active process.

Has anyone an idea where to search?
