I own a three year old Oracle Delphi II. As far as I know, the present
model of the  Delphi is the IV. Can someone tell me the differences between
the Delphi II, III and IV and if the upgrades are retrofitable?
Any commments on improvements for the Oracle Delphy II will be
wellcome.
