In EE Times, July 9th, page 26, is an article on Jessi's CAD-Frame
project, which will supposedly provide a standardized framework for
CAD tools, with European government and corporate funding.

Is there anyone on the net who is affiliated with this program?
Or even anyone who knows someone there?  Please send me email...
