Hi electronic buffs,

		    I am looking for a chip which i found in my lab instruments.
It has address lines and READ/WRITE pins. The chip number is X2201. I believe 
its a XAR chip. Can any one out there provide me with the relevant help and 
where i can order it from . Thanks in advance.
