Has anyone tried electro blotting oligodeoxynucleotides (18 mer) from acrylamid
e gels onto nylon or nitrocellulose membrane?  I want to quantitate the amount
of INTACT oligomers in my samples by probing the membranes with compimentary ol
igo probes.

Any help or suggestion welcome.
