Hello,
  If anyone who knows how to read image format in TIFF, IMG, and PCX.  Please
  please, please give me a hand..  I have some image files which are in the
  format i have mentioned above.  They are in black/white and gray scale.
  And i am also interesting in printing character recognition using neural
