I use nn, and it has a :decode command which seems to work fine (I just used it for the first time yesterday). First, I selected all messages in a group (in the selection menu), then said :decode. It asked some questions about where to put it and what files to use (* = all selected). I don't know if readers other than nn can do this sort of thing. nn also has the :shar command for shar files.
