Lansing Lines: 11 I am having a problem, or don't understand, using the TEXT data type with UNIFY's SQL/RPT programs. I am doing a publication database that has abstracts stored as a TEXT data type. SQL retrives the abstracts and delimits newlines within the abstract with a \. RPT reconizes the \ as an end to the TEXT field and will not print anything after it. Did I miss the warning? Can't I use newlines in a TEXT field? I am using UNIYF 4.0-870706.1 John Mireley
