	No such beast at present, but with the advent of PPP such
a device makes a lot of sense.  It is just another hardware interface
for software that is already writ.  May need some "node simulation"
capability that is not required to eavesdrop on Enet, in order to
tickle the other end of the circuit.  Otherwise, piece of cake.  :-)
