Co. - Advanced Technology Lab - St. Louis Lines: 29 I have a couple of questions about epoch (note I am new to emacs to begin with): 1) What is necessary to run epoch with vi emulation. That is, are there any special key bindings to get another physical window when I (V)iew another file or (S)witch to another buffer? 2) I keep seeing things mentioned about a menu that pops up. I even saw the posting of someones .emacs file and the appropriate settings and put that in my .emacs file, but no menu. Any help? 3) I would like to use gdb with epoch and have it come up in a separate window from the source code window. What do I need to achieve this? (On a side note when I try to bring up gdb in emacs/epoch I get an error message saying it couldn't start gdb and returns a 1. I have gdb set up in /usr/local/bin, does it need to be somewhere different for emacs to find it? Any help on these questions would be a big help.
