Conferences are useful for the technical programs, but also to meet and 
interact with people in the field of computer graphics.  I would like to 
make better use of Siggraph this year by meeting many different people from
many different disciplines.  In particular, I would like to meet:

	o people with an interest in raytracing (I will attend the BOF
	  meeting for the raytracers this year), particularly users of the
	  MTV raytracer
	o people/companies doing work in scientific visualization
	o people/companies doing animation and artistic work with computer
	  graphics.
	o just about anyone who I have emailed over the years, without 
	  ever meeting.  (There are quite a few of you!)
