Wanted: a QuarkXpress PostScript to GIF translator.

I produce a Newsletter here at Uni,that is done at present in a PostScript
format.  My problem is that I want to electronically mail this to people
around Uni who don't have a PostScript previewer on their machines running
various windows packages.  What I'm after is some form of PostScript to
GIF or bitmap translator so that I can send this newsletter electronically
and save lots of time and trees. I already have GHOSTSCRIPT, but that requires
encapsulated postscript, which QuarkXpress doesn't seem to do. Besides, I have
yet another Newsletter produced by Microsoft Word, again in postscript, which
GHOSTSCRIPT won't accept, either.

Please Email me with any solutions you may have.  I will consider commercial
packages as well as public domain stuff.
