Subject: File formats needed for Bload and .Pic graphics files

    Does anyone out there in netland know what the structure of a
BASIC bload and a .PIC file is?  I believe the bload is nothing more than
a memory image(and maybe .PIC as well), but how do you define the colors?
Is there a table at the beginning of the file or some such thing?
