Is there anyway to pick fonts at will ie change a system variable. 
i know !P.FONT=-1 allows the choice of the software fonts, but then
your string must still have the !? before the string. Say I want to
change the title of a plot from Simplex Greek to Simplex Roman,
how can i change one variable and not have to go into the string and
change "!4 Title..." to "!3 Title..." There should be a variable for
this change.
