Recently I've been trying to get color bitmap images out of a color
PostScript printer (NEC ColorMate to be specific).  They have a
'colorimage' primitive defined, analogous to 'image', but with the
capability for processing 24-bit RGB color.  Has anyone ever used this
primitive successfully on ANY PostScript printer?  If so, a sample of your
PS code that produced it would be greatly appreciated!  Please send e-mail
