TeX, when used with dvitops can produce color PostScript files.
TeX, used with other drivers can support color in included
graphics (and any other PostScript feature).

dvitops is available from ymir.claremont.edu in
[anonymous.tex.drivers.dvitops] It runs on Unix and MS-DOS.
